A Home & Market Evaluation (aka Comparative Market Analysis) is a service that is FREE without any obligations. The purpose of the evaluation is to establish Market Value of your home .

I provide an extensive and comprehensive 2-Stage Home & Market Evaluation.

  1. Stage 1 Begins at your home - I  personally conduct a walk-through of your home and complete a written feature & fact report
  2. Stage 2 After the research - I return to your home and provide you with a written report indicating what the Market Value of your home is. Your copy of the report consists of historical sales data for your area, comparable homes currently for sale, comparable homes that have sold, determining listing & selling factors and my Strategic Sales & Marketing Plan for your home.

I offer an Individual Strategic Sales & Marketing Plan.
