Who I am
I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a proud member of the Royal LePage Family. I am a full time REALTOR® representing both Buyers and Sellers in Hastings, Northumberland and Prince Edward County, locally known as the Quinte Area.
I love real estate! It isn't about selling real estate though - it's about what I can do for my clients. It's about the amount of trust each and every one of my clients have for me and how they know I will work for them and their interests. It's about being there for them, day or night and weekends too. Providing them with all the information needed to make the best informed decision for their family. It's about digging a little deeper to find the answers, doing the research, going that extra mile or two. It's about understanding my clients needs and feelings - understanding their perception of buying and selling. It's not just about selling something. It's about giving someone what they need: Professional, Knowledgeable and Expert real estate service.
I represent both Buyers and Sellers within the Greater Quinte Area (which I have coined the GQA). No property is too big or small - whether it is considered residential, rural, waterfront, condominium, new homes, vacant land, hobby farm, development, estates or recreational - I am experienced and have the acquired skills to represent professionally and proficiently.
I value hard work, dedication, loyalty and professionalism. I am very passionate about my work, quite persistent, and very determined to achieve success for both my clients and myself. To ensure that my clients and business receive anytime, anywhere marketing & service, I work from the Belleville Head Office, the Brighton Office and my Home Office.
